Posting here one of the many

Post-Encounter parties we did as

a network family. Ang saya lang. =)

This event took place in Kalimudan, 

UP Mindanao since most of our LHH babies

came from that university harvest field.

 God entrusted me with these lives, aaah...

I'm such in awe of His grace.

Even until now, He never failed to give us new

souls in every Encounter. Grabe ka Lord,

IKAW NAH!

For the multitudes,

Hey Single Ladies!

I'm allowing myself to take a break
 from my Project 26 to give way to
these 5 nuggets of [hearty] wisdom from one of my
favorite authors, Ms. Michelle Mckinney Hammond.

I've read this from one of her books

and tweeted last night so that tweety girlfriends

might get a glimpse of it and receive a revelation

of who they really are and what kind of

man they should consider as a lifetime partner.

1. Realize that your [value] does not decrease

if you are alone.

*Agree!

2. Women need to understand that the [value] we

place on ourselves has a lot to do with the

 kind of love we receive.

*Indeed.

3. When a man isn't willing to pay the cost to
be with you, he will try to get you to drop your
price. In short, he wants you to put
yourself on sale.

*Uh-oh.


4. Today, the bride-price remains the same---a lifetime
commitment. This is the cost a man should have to
evaluate when considering you.

*Wedding ring please!

5. When love is real, cost doesn't seem high. A man
who really wants you will do whatever he must
to possess your love. SO SET A STANDARD.

*Now I'm Blushing =)

So to all the single ladies out there, if he hasn't
showed up yet, relax. 'Coz surely there
will be a day when he will come to his senses, realize
your worth and will do everything he can just
to have you as his wife. I repeat, his wife.

Singapore G12 Conference.

March 2010.

The Lord spoke these words to  me:

"Rebekah, you are my daughter, and I love you.

 I am preparing GREATER things for you 

that are beyond what your eyes can see 

and mind can conceive right now. I will use you 

MIGHTILY for My Name's glory. You'll 

travel to different places and share My Word

and My love towards my people. My purpose

for your life shall be accomplished. Do not be 

afraid for I am with You. I will never 

leave you nor forsake you."

That was one of the most memorable moments

of the conference, or should I say, in my

entire Christian life. In fact, that was the clearest voice

of the Lord I've ever heard especially when He's 

leading me into His plans and purpose.

I took it in my heart and never let it go.

Ezekiel 12:25a
"But I the Lord will speak what I will, 
and it shall be fulfilled without delay."

Now that it was almost 3 years ago since
I heard that "calling" in my life, I can truly say
that God is faithful. He has let me
experience what He has promised, though not
on its full completion yet, but I'm getting there.

One of the many "send off/s" the Lord allowed
me to have was the Iloilo trip.
 I was praying for this late last year that He
would allow me to do vision casting there
together with my disciple, Christine.
This was another "firsts" for me and Tine:
first time to travel together outside Mindanao,
first time to be in Iloilo and do the vision casting.
And guess what, our expenses came from our own
pockets too!--no solicitations whatsoever.
We personally "invested" on this trip since
we really wanted to plant a seed in Visayas,
specifially in Iloilo. No worries, God provided
everything (as in everything!) that we needed.
Woohoo! =)


#Snapshots

Flight 5J 348 brought us together in Iloilo city.

Inside the plane. Picture2x while the big bird was refueling.

Oh so heavenly up there o! =)  Parang it was smiling

back to us, approving of what is going to happen 

once we get there. Ayeeeeeh! 

We arrived safely and stayed in La Paz Pension House.

Our first time to meet Adrian and Thirdy inside 

Central Philippine University. 

They're 2 of the young people in 

Dungon Community Church where we did 

the vision casting. By the way, that flagpole behind 

them is the (very) center of the Philippines as 

confirmed by the latitude and longitudinal line.

Then we met also DCC's core leaders and did

the first part of the vision casting inside CPU.

We did more bonding together! =)

God made this trip very successful! One of a kind.

Yeah, Visayas is being stirred up, 

they're more than ready and willing to 

receive the fire from the Lord!

#PurposefulTrip

Iloilo city has been my sister's home for 

5 long years when she studied medicine.

And when she knew that I have a scheduled

trip there, she asked me to go to 

West Visayas State University and get a copy 

of her transcript of records. I definitely said YES

since I haven't seen her school, not even when

she graduated in MedSchool and my whole family 

went there except me (because I was

first year college then and I have to take up

my summer class in SPC).

The WVSU Centennial Clock. It's a 110 year-old 

vintage clock. Nice noh? =)

WVSU's College of Medicine.

And finally, my sister's TOR. I didn't know

she had an average of 84% in NMAT

(Nat'l Medical Admission Test).

I'm so proud of her!


#OtherStuff

We visited some of the old churches in the city, Iloilo is such
a vintage place---love it!

Then we hit the famous Ted's restaurant, home

of the original La Paz Batchoy. Saraaaaap!

Since pasalubong was part of the list, we went

also to Biscocho Haus, bought butterscotch, piyaya,

and other delicacies made in Iloilo.

Uy, ang butterscotch? THE BEST! =)

And on the fourth day of stay, we had to say goodbye.

Thank you Iloilo city for the opportunity to "serve you",

I always remember you in my prayers.

Thank you Flight 5J 347 for the safe flight going back home.

And above all, thank You Lord for arranging everything

and letting me see Your goodness in the land of the living!
